I also like long walks on the beach and conversations about degenerate gatcha games mainly consisting of boat and gun women. Discord profiles are like dating apps at this point.

@KuroSekaiAnime >Jigsaw walks in. >SAWs this whole experiment. >Same parameters. >Death is real and and demonstrated. >Groups and voting are isolated so no one else can influence each other. >Any attempt to would be instant death. Everyone would pick red.

Let me break this down >People will press blue >its inevitable >Pushing red sacrifices these people but saves you >clicking blue saves everyone with risk > 50% is a small requirement > So as many people as possible should press blue to save everyone > clicking red is selfish
MrBeast@MrBeast

Everyone on earth takes a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press? BE HONEST.

@justalexoki If both of your tax brackets are wildly different there's logical reasons to want one. But in most situations you're correct.

@BenisKen Nat 1 should be a auto fail with consequences. DM gets to have a field day with reveling in the PCs failure. Nat 20 should be an auto success with allowing the player to embellish narratively/light reward.

Blue: Take into account social contagion and create a long winded explanation which ultimately leads to a 50/50 shot at living. Red: You just fucking live with 100% certainty and no drawbacks. >Blue is winning. Humanity is retarted. Send the aliens. We're fucking done.

My take on the Red button, blue button reframed as "potions". Picking BLUE means you are part of the "we live in a society" collectivist mindset. It assumes that enough other people will sacrifice their safety for the group's benefit. It's collective coordination, social harmony, mental framing... a utopia-like idea that is similar to communism, socialism, etc. RED is straight-up pure individualism. Secure your own survival first, no matter what the sheep does. No reliance on the strangers' kindness or altruism, and you live either way. People who pick BLUE are collectivist thinkers who fit more in the leftist thinking of creating social harmony. People who pick RED are more individualistic thinkers who are not afraid of rocking the boat. I'm picking RED because I'm not a communist, socialist, or a collectivist. I don't believe that humans are wired for long-term social harmony, and history bears this out. War and conflict are humanity's default, punctuated with short instances of peaceful harmony. RED is the only non-delusional choice. BLUE is the "safe" moral choice for moral grandstanding virtue signalers who desire to say the "right" thing at all times.

So let me tell you why this is happening. The PS5 sigining keys, the literal code that says to the operating system "Yes hello, I am legit video game licensed by Sony Computer Entertainment. Please let me run" were leaked on the Internet. Impossible to patch out. We're not too far away from having pirated games run on the stock operating system or a soft exploit. The solution: Network check-in to ensure you actually have the license to play the game, which is on the PlayStation store backend. To prevent these licenses from being tampered with, they need to be checked in and renewed. Which is why the 30 day timer exists and you will need a temporary Internet connection at best to play things you've already bought on the PlayStation Store. That's not a defense mind you, just the main reason why they are doing this (also they are greedy cunts.)
Techjunkie Aman@Techjunkie_Aman

One tiny battery inside your PlayStation… can silently take away your entire game library. Not a joke. It’s the CMOS battery. When it dies: • Your clock resets • Your licenses fail • Your games stop working Even if you paid for them. Even some discs aren’t safe. Now it gets worse: New digital games are showing a 30-day timer. Miss the check-in… and you’re locked out again. No internet No servers No battery No games. You don’t own your games. You’re just renting access… and a tiny battery controls it.
