What do you do with your trading profit ? The truth is the answer to that question is subjective... I can tell now that your first $100k profit shouldn't be for an expensive car, invest it and buy a car with the profit from the investment, but that's my own view not a yardstick on how you should spend your money. Trading and life is subjective. What you call success may look completely different to someone else...... it all depends on why you started trading in the first place. Some of you make good money from the market, but since you have no plan or structure in place, you end up spending it all and come back to market to hustle like a thief 😂, that's how you blow accounts , just living in circles... You can post profits, travel, and take nice pictures online and call it success. If that’s your definition, that’s fine but make sure you have a structure that sustains wealth. Some are building generational wealth, far from what you see online, building legacies for generations to come, and you can do that and still live your best life, i am doing it, so it's possible. Example: Last year, I leased out a property and said I’d make 12x my capital doing almost nothing. Since then, I’ve repeated that move across five states. In a few years, these profits might run into billions, that's Just smart investing, i can decide to start taking fewer trades in a month because money is flowing everywhere. Some traders spend capital to prove they have money, Wise ones spend profit, The goal isn’t to impress strangers online. It’s to make money and live life on your own terms. There’s a point where awareness changes everything, Comparison and projection are signs of inner unrest.... A few years ago, I made a promise to myself. I said, "If I ever make 150 million naira, I’m flying out. I’m going to stay in Canada or UK. I can do whatever I want. That is the freedom trading gives you. It’s about the power of choice. You can afford the rent in CAD, but you can also afford the rent in Lekki. You can afford to stay, you can afford to go, and you can afford to come back. FREEDOM! 💪
