Completely disagree! Cecil was not a joke in the book. Just because he overlooks a huge problem like Conquest and how he responds in the book, doesn’t mean he is a joke. But it does make that scene somewhat funny since he really really messed up on that one. I loved how Robert shows Cecil’s successes of hiring villains, it’s just this one he was getting way too confident.

@RyanOttley @Akira_iscool my one problem with the invincible TV show is it is bound to the comics to a certain degree like Cecil was a joke while in the show he was a cool competent guy. And it was like I knew conquest escaping was coming and it just hurts so much to see all that buildup be destroyed.

@Club_Fishcake My favourite headcanon I've seen is that Zoro sees women as inferiors because Kuina died on complete accident the day right after complaining to Zoro about female physical inferiority, and Kuina's death ended up being an unspoken message of how right she was.

that’s how i always interpreted it since y’know… the corpse smooch was a running joke. then i came online and saw someone get dragged out back and SHOT DEAD for even thinking Gamzee had good intentions and i never spoke again.
