We are looking into a recent bug causing the data export for Safari users on Macs to appear as an HTML file. Data exports are working normally on Google Chrome.

We are aware of recent issues on iPads with ZooMonitor not working offline. We are looking into a permanent fix but removing ZM and reinstalling does appear to allow the app to work offline for that session. Please contact us if you have questions or need help!

Good news! New data from projects are now being processed again and available in Reports.

New data will be temporarily unavailable in Reports. You can still export any new data you are recording. We hope to have fixes available soon that address issues with Reports.

Pinch-zoom on maps and interval beeps have been restored! Please clear your browser cache and reinstall ZooMonitor. In Sync Project Updates, you should see the current version of the app: 3.2.23.

We are aware the pinch-zoom feature of the maps is currently not working and the "beep" sound between intervals is missing. Thanks for your patience as we work to get these fixed!

New features are now available! If you are having trouble with the app loading, please upload all sessions off the device and then go to your browser settings to clear your browser cache. Then redownload your app by signing in with your license key at ZooMonitor.org.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the ZooMonitor website that may prevent you from downloading updates or uploading data. We hope to have this resolved soon.

Recently uploaded data should now be available for exporting. We are still working to resolve some minor issues to our reports so please expect some outages as that work continues. Thanks for your patience!

We are working on fixing reports and need to temporarily limit the session data you upload from being available for exporting or reports on the same day. All uploaded data should be available by the following day. We should have this fixed soon, thanks for your patience!

Rapid scrolling of behavior tiles in the app has been fixed. Please download updates if you are having issues.
