Even iets anders: zojuist kreeg ik een mail van Vattenfall. Voor het eerst vragen ze om goedkeuring. Als je die goedkeuring niet geeft, kun je je contract opzeggen. Er staat niet wat de gevolgen zijn als je de goedkeuring niet geeft, en niet je contract opzegt. Mijn advies voor iedereen die deze mail ook ontvangen heeft: niets doen. Er zijn namelijk verschillende instanties bezig met massa-claims richting bepaalde energieleveranciers (oa Vattenfall) om onrechtmatige prijsverhogingen en contractwijzigingen van de afgelopen jaren aan te vechten. Wijzigingen waar geen enkele klant actief akkoord voor heeft gegeven. Vattenfall probeert zich met deze link 'Geef uw akkoord' in te dekken tegen eventuele toekomstige claims.
