@skinoverbone @RoyalMail Same problem over at ours.... we've lost the postal service (as we knew it) and won't get it back. A combo of privatisation and regulators who don't want to do their jobs, sadly.

Got copied into a Royal Mail email where they called me “quite needy.” My crime as a female small business owner? Expecting 48-hour Tracked post to be delivered & not sit unscanned for 10+ days. Would they call a man “needy”? Sorry to my customers for the delays @RoyalMail



@RoyalMail I had a package delivered to a pick up location and the shop said that the barcode I was sent doesn’t work so they can’t give me my package. Help?



@RoyalMail why do your posties not respect people’s property? Our postie has been caught on camera walking across our garden when there is a perfectly good driveway/path right next to it. This is not acceptable behaviour.





@RoyalMail Royal Mail im suppose to get my parcel tomorrow but I will be leaving the uk tomorrow and only back on Feb what do I do with the delivery no one is going to be home? Can I get it sent today please or atleast early tomorrow before I leave to the airport? Tracking no SM416111464GB
