This is UFB
I thought it was fake news.
This cop is connected 😉NYPD cop racked up more than 500 speeding tickets in NYC since 2022: report nypost.com/2026/04/24/us-…

@TheSalGreco @j_stern97 Uses of force, including hand strikes, must be documented in a Threat, Resistance, & Injury (TRI) report. Officers must intervene if they see another officer using excessive force. What part of there are 👀 everywhere are MOS not understanding 🤔 Control Your Emotions, PERIOD!
English

@JohnDMacari Brother, now you are just making the entire department look bad! The merchant has turned over CCTV from the store to 1 PP. I think you should stand down before someone calls you out on your nonsense.
English

You’re all ridiculous. You get half a video and believe that NYPD detectives with over 10 years of experience are just gonna walk up to a black man and start punching him.
Show me when cops walked up for no reason and start punching someone without warning and I’ll go stand in front of 1 Police Plaza with Hawk Newsome and call for them to be fired, You can’t !
English

Everyone except NYPD cops are innocent until proven guilty, that doesn’t allow you to resist arrest. Credit @emantk7 for the thought.
English

@JohnDMacari @emantk7 @TheFinestCast "Everyone except NYPD cops are innocent until proven guilty". 🤔🤯 Brother you are 0-3 with all these post. When the victim in this case was telling MOS they had the wrong guy, did they stop to think, maybe he is innocent? The answer is clear, the beating unjustified.
English

@JohnDMacari @TheFinestCast Stop making excuses for bad conduct & tactics. The "victim" not a perp was brutally beaten by two veteran detectives. The reason, they were in hyper overdrive! Yes, MOS should never be in the field without a radio. But this type of abuse cast a black cloud ove the entire dept.
English

This morning we are going to be discussing this video. We will be talking about the failure of NYPD leadership who left these detectives without a proper form of communication.
NYPD leadership left them cut off from radio communications and sent them after the wrong individual.
I can’t say what the man perceived or what he was thinking. He was innocent and he shouldn’t have been placed in this situation.
NYPD’s incompetent leadership strikes again, they failed both their members and the public.
English

@apinionsvary Well it isn't ending well for these two cops now is it? Stop justifying bad conduct with the just comply BS. They got it wrong, and they were 100% out of control. BTW, the individual did NOT exactly match the suspect description. That is another misrepresentation of the facts.
English

🚨NEW: As a former NYPD officer and 25+ year retired member of law enforcement, I've seen these situations play out too many times.
This Boerum Hill liquor store video is a textbook example of what happens when someone brings the courtroom to the streets.
The plainclothes narcotics detectives had reasonable suspicion - they observed what they believed was a drug sale and approached a man matching the exact description. That's enough for a lawful investigative detention and handcuffing while they sort it out.
It turned out to be mistaken identity (no drugs, wrong guy), but the street isn't the place to litigate that. Physically resisting turned a quick ID check into chaos, broken bottles, and injuries.
Comply first. Contest later. Let the system hash it out at the scene if possible, at the precinct or in court - it's safer for everyone and gives you the strongest position if there's a mistake.
Body cam or not, resistance rarely ends well.

@SerpicoDet My Dear Brother, you have only just begun. There are many more great years in your future. Life ends when we give up, not when we get old, or sick, or even tired. Never give up Frank! You are loved and needed in this world.
God Bless 🙏🏻
English

@NYPDPC The man subjectes to this ass whopping was the wrong individual! There is absolutely ZERO justification for what the two Detectives did... PERIOD! Get your shit together before you attempt to make an arrest! Make sure the perp, is actually the perp. "Here endeth the lesson".
English

There are a number of videos circulating online of an incident that occurred yesterday inside a store in Brooklyn involving two members of the NYPD.
As I said at a press conference earlier today, these videos are deeply disturbing, and the matter is under active investigation by the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau. The officers in question are modified. Their guns and shields have been removed.
English

@JohnDMacari What exactly should they be respecting, "Bad Conduct". These cops don't deserve anyone's respect. This is another case of Oh Shit We Fucked Up! Compounded by the fact It was the wrong individual and captured on video. They both need to be terminated & prosecuted! Stop Whining.
English

@TheSalGreco @j_stern97 The NYPD's newest Mega Millions Winner. And what do we have for the two out of control Detectives.... An all inclusive complimentary vacation to State or Federal prison where they will enjoy 23 hrs of solitary confinement in hopes of avoiding physical abuse. Dumbasses!
English

@SerpicoDet I love Havana. My wife and I have been there numerous times. Great photo.
English

@SerpicoDet "BAD CONDUCT" cannot be justified by calling in good policing. There is absolutely no correlation between the two. Our actions, behaviors, and decisions inevitably determine our future consequences, and destiny.
English

No doubt being made an extreme example of. It’s not as if he fired his weapon with intent. Sentence could have been less severe.

NYPD Hits Times Square Pedicabs in Surprise Raid
Times Square — NYPD officers from the Times Square unit carried out a surprise pedicab enforcement operation, issuing multiple tickets and seizing one pedicab.
The crackdown comes amid continued complaints over aggressive behavior, pricing, and congestion in the busy tourist area.
What do you think about these pedicabs in NYC?

@ViralNewsNYC About damn time! These guys are scamming tourists and making NYC look bad. Not to mention they operate recklessly.

@SerpicoDet Some things never change Frank! Just keep being you and hold your head up high. In the end, there are many who acknowledge the pain, suffering, and sacrifices you went through. I thank you for your service and I am honored to call you my brother. God Bless 🙌
English

@SerpicoDet Frank, you more than anyone knows that honor and integrity cannot be inherited, it is something you are born with. These fundamental characteristics cannot be taught or learned! The NYPD never praised you for your service and will never learned from the corruption you exposed.
