Last doodle for tonight. Was practicing the most recent drawing exercise I did with drawing things from far away. I wasn’t wearing glasses so everything looked like a blurry mess

Something that’s been starting to be trained into me in art class, is that the detailed stuff should come later. You start out with the big simple stuff first, not really worrying too much about how pretty the lines are, and generalize things and then gradually refine your way into the smaller and finer detailed stuff. I think that’s why it’s more fun to draw simple stuff because it’s easier to have an idea of what to do and you’re more carefree about it.

The downside of having red hair (at least early on) is that your sweat turns red and it looks like you sweat blood which is kinda metal ngl
