Today is avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) awareness day. As someone with an ARFID diagnosis... ARFID is *not*: - simply fussy eating - being ungrateful - being willfully difficult - a choice - down to bad parenting Please educate yourself before judging.

also npd isnt the "abuse people to feel better" disorder. the disorder is about having an unstable sense of ego that needs to be uplifted. this can be done in a variety of ways, and i actually often see it done through justice and integrity. aka SUPPORTING others.
