Before I get into this I want to say that I'm NOT posting this to direct hate or harm to the people involved! This is for awareness, accountability & for if you wish to action in your own space. I played against this squad today and they were all streaming together. The way that one of them said this in EGC without even hesitating is so worrying to me. Also, how the rest of them did not call that person out on it? I don't understand how anyone thinks this is acceptable? ESPECALLY during a live stream. Take accountability for your actions, hold your friends accountable for their actions and educate yourself.

@TurboDiam0nd2 @dvveet Both can be true at the same time. There are people who are toxic & their behaviour is disgusting but that doesn’t mean people who complain are. You can be dissatisfied with a game & complain w/o being toxic. They’re a paying customer who plays the game. It’s okay to complain.

@_StyxDipped @dvveet i just think it’s a bit hypocritical to say that the dbd community is toxic and full of anger and that it’s bad for the game but then go around complaining about everything. like yes they left her out but we can give positive feedback and say “this would be nice” and not complain

I am going to complain already because I am actually shocked and annoyed at the complete ignoring of Lee Yun-jin in this whole Chapter marketing and build-up. It's such a joke! She is literally HALF of the original Chapter and she is the reason Trickster is even a thing. Kwon Tae-young works for Mightee One and she isn't mentioned in his Lore at ALL. She didn't get Tae-young's lobby music when SHE is the music producer, she didn't get any new voice lines, she is not featured on the Map at ALL, NOTHING. She was used in the community stream showcase, has a couple voice lines from Tae-young to her, and had her name switched around. I am so annoyed actually. She's such an interesting and complex Character and she would benefit so much from these things and be easily intertwined into Lore but no, this is too hard I guess.

@TurboDiam0nd2 @dvveet People are still entitled to complain and be unhappy. There’s no “just be grateful for what they’ve given us” when they as a player are unhappy. They’re allowed to voice their feedback regardless of the “love and effort” put in.

@dvveet yes it’s upsetting but clearly this chapter has already been given a lot of love and effort, i’m very appreciative for it, but i don’t think this warrants complaining. they could’ve just never have done this but they chose to. we should be appreciative to hopefully have this more

@CJP_Libra Yeah maybe not worth it to a company but there’s demand for it even if small. It’s frustrating for those of us who genuinely want more male characters and willingly spend to max them out. I make a point of spending on them and repeatedly ask but there’s nothing else I can do.

@_StyxDipped where am I moving goalposts? I'm saying that they'd have to take a financial risk releasing male characters more frequently to test if in practice those male wanters actually gonna be topping up to secure them or not. The current market does not show companies that it's worth it

@CJP_Libra By the time male characters come up those who want them have saved up so many pulls that they don’t need to pay even with pulling in between because there hasn’t been enough. That or they’ve lost most of that side of the playerbase. Idk what the fuck you want people to do.
