AGI will never ‘truly’ happen, human consciousness is not scalable in computer systems, the Turing test has never and likely will never be passed. To your second point, likely the former, since the latter will likely rely on exploits or zero day exploits, which would hypothetically be eradicated with consistent loop testing. You can’t go through an impenetrable wall.

Gonna upset most fandoms here but I don't care. The only series where "power scaling" makes sense is DBZ cause they established "power-levels" pretty early-on w/ the scouters. In EVERY other series, anyone can win any battle if they're written to have fought well/intelligently.

If you have seen OP, then you know why that does NOT break any rules of the series when it comes to powerscaling and hence works as good writing. Bad case would be Usopp defeating doflamingo like that

He specifically won against Hidan cuz Hidan was arrogant about his immortality. Its a rock papers scissors exception to the rule, not the rule.
