Have you tried the LIFEx #MTV protocol? It gives the possibility to compute the TMTV and Dmax features with some variants.
Whole body features have shown their #prognostic value in patients with #lymphoma [1] and #lungcancer [2].

I love this article in JNM, especially the fourth item: it has to be explainable. Algorithms can't just show correlations, but be used to help better understand a question and form hypotheses! jnm.snmjournals.org/content/62/6/7…
