Any person who m_rders someone is an insane person. That doesn't mean you release every single criminal to roam in the street. Wtf type of law is this?? I mean, i am not even surprised, like what could u expect from a country ruled by a pe_ophile..!!

A Seattle man who shot and killed an eight-month pregnant Korean-American woman and nearly killed her husband when they were driving to work has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state. After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion. @SulavKarki Agreed in both the statements and also that if any action was taken against kp oli before election based on the reports submitted, then protests in support of oli would be seen, making him a victim. It could have made some impact in the election results against rsp.👀

It now makes sense why the Karki ayog report wasn't made public before the election and that is because it had recommended charges against KP Oli who was running in the election and several Police officers as well. Majority of voters made the right decision in fully rejecting Oli and UML and now the report can be implemented. I will reiterate this again, if the report is not made public and implemented (which basically means bringing charges and the rest is upto the Courts) then you are gonna see protests by many youths. I have full confidence that the coming Balen government will do this.

One of the candidates whose ghardailo i liked and respected the most was Hemraj Thapa from Bajura. He was one of those most deserving candidates with vision, who stood up against the old political system. Not just a new name, he was hope for Bajura. #NepalElection2082

Hope Rabi has a lovely thank you card for Balen. Without Balen, this RSP sweep would have been impossible, and Rabi would be looking at time in Prison instead of Parliament. Nepal is in for a most interesting 2026 (for starters). RSP with a majority & hardly an opposition.

Kulman could have been a great opposition in parliament. He has the credibility, work ethics, wants to do good for the country and has already doing so much. Yes, ego this and that but maybe that could have helped keep RSP in check. He was atleast much better than Raju N Pandey.

Kulman losing the election is good riddance. The way he pushed out Hirendra Sakya showed how small his political instincts are. In politics, a holier than thou attitude eventually gets you sidelined. He should have kept his ego aside and compromise within party.
