@_dutelecom_ given you are a telcom it is amazing how often customers expereince dropped calls when calling your 800 number! is that a way of avoiding speaking to customers or your special sauce for ensuring customer dissatisfaction. if so it is working brilliantly

I have been requesting disconnection since June this year and till October I haven’t heard from anyone.
In October I get a call from retention team to try upgraded WiFi for a week and discontinue if unhappy but to my surprise both bills are coming, request immediate
