الرغبة في التغيير غالبًا بتيجي وقت الضغط أو الشدة لأن الإنسان بطبعه بيميل للراحة والاستقرار، لحد ما يواجه تحدي أو أزمة تدفعه يعيد تقييم الوضع. الضغط بيعمل "صدمة" بتخليك تواجه الحقيقة وتشوف إن الوضع الحالي سيء، فبتدرك إن التغيير مش بس خيار، لا ده ضرورة.
