The CKA simulator is now running K8s 1.34

The CKAD simulator now runs K8s 1.34 like the real exam.

The CKA and CKS simulators have been updated to K8s 1.33 to be in sync with the real exams.

We resolved issues some users had with copy&paste into the Remote Desktop. If you encountered problems (or still have) please contact us on killer.sh/support for a replacement simulator session.
