good morning, i'm so disapponted in myself because i ate maintnance yesterday and i slept at 2 am so i could have stayed up and been fine after i woke up at 9 but i didn't and i slept in so so late again. i'm so depressed, i haven't showered in a couple days which is wild for me

@charles_cheese4 should be fine as long as you are eating below your maintenance! it just means the you wont lose weight as rapidly, but the weight will still go :)
