One of the proudest days of my life today.
I realised a lifetime dream of becoming a ITF Taekwondo blackbelt.
The years of training and having to do extra training on strength and flexibility as I started at 35.
Someone once told me i was too old I'd never get in the ring. 7 thai boxing fights and a blackbelt later.
Never give up.
