I know education isn't really common in your part of the world but having an actual center with world class facilities where players can train is vastly different from arranging a camp for 2 weeks before PSL. Some of you don't really have common sense but that's ok.

Only Ali Tareen rivalled LQ in that and hired coaches to work even in off season to work with his players.

PDP doesn't even do scouting, they work on skills enhancement and improvement.
