DUH! This has been true for decades and yet such a much greater investment in primary care has been ignored by EVERY PAYER all during this time. Even most of the 'new efforts' today by the Feds and insurance companies fall short! Time for change! JUST DO IT!

Once again, MA plans are not serving patients very well. Time to reign them in and provide better support for Traditional Medicare (but with needed payment reform and greater flexibility).

.@KFFHealthNews reports #MedicareAdvantage plans are failing patients, notably in rural areas. Plans limit access via narrow networks, deny care through restrictive prior auth & offer inferior coverage. This profits-over-people agenda is bad for patients. i.mtr.cool/zsbdxxwysh
