No, we didn't know SK manages events like this, because in our countries it's completely different. The venue controls what happens inside the venue, the government has the responsibility to control everything outside and how things go IN the city, that's why it's weird to us+

No es por defender a Hybe pero eso es responsabilidad del gobierno local, por ejemplo en México hicieron un operativo para la seguridad de los fans aún sin haber tenido experiencia previa con ellos y la magnitud del fandom

La neta no, que felicidad que hayan escogido por lo menos un concierto de LATAM para transmitirse y que haya sido Argentina, al final del día todo LATAM está ganando reconocimiento con los tannies y México no fué una excepción, tuvimos muchísimas apariciones importantes, salieron a ver a ARMY en el palacio nacional, hablan siempre de nosotros, nos hablaron todo el tiempo en español, tuvimos photocards tomadas en México y hasta nos pasaron en el vídeo por sus 13 años con los momentos más importantes de su carrera, era justo que otros países también tuvieran sus momentos JAKASJAK quien se enoje es una ridícula

In the case of stadiums (sports facilities), the stadium management entity (such as a city management corporation) merely hands over the physical facilities—such as gates, electricity, and basic lighting—on the day of the rental, and does not provide any crowd guidance personnel. Therefore, the organizing agency is 100% responsible for hiring and managing the staff. In other words, yesterday's chaos on the 12th has nothing to do with the city of Busan or the stadium. Korean performance law clearly stipulates that HYBE bears 100% of the responsibility.

Venue’s cleanliness, logistics staff was Busan government’s responsibility not HYBE’s because the stadium is managed by BUSAN Govt.

DO NOT blame Busan city government or South Korea for HYBE’s lack of planning on crowd control and logistics at the concert venue! It’s the company’s responsibility. Yes, the stadium is in Busan, but it’s ultimately the company’s responsibility to be in charge of working with the stadium team to prepare and coordinate for smooth operation of the concert!

We got a lot of mockery because our 🇲🇽 stadium is kind ugly but at least we had security, and capable and responsive medical personnel on site with ambulances. Because the city’s regulations are strict about it & they prepare for every concert! But specially high demand like BTS

From the stadium entrance to my seat they checked my ticket 7 times, 7 filters by the stadium's staff (ocesa), if I went to the bathroom and back to my seat i had to show it again. We were put in lines for everything, we moved in lines. Not a single staff member was from Hybe +

If you go to a venue for a concert or to see sports or anything else, the venue is responsible for the staff, not the "guest" at the venue. If the venue doesn't have enough staff, they hire more. The "guest" pays for this service.
If the stadium in Busan is owned by the City of Busan, then the City of Busan is responsible for the things happening at the venue.
No one else.

@amideartes 광화문 첫콘에서도 과잉 검사와 공적인 인력 동원으로 국민들의 뭇매를 맞았었고 오히려 역풍으로 사람들이 안와 예상인원에 훨씬 못미쳤던걸 기억 한다면 하이브는 공권력에 의존 할 것이 아니라 스스로 필요한 인력을 고용하고 관람객들의 안전을 위해 준비하는게 맞는거야
