1) For those who aren’t aware — there were 55% + 15% presale supply at the price of $0.001, $0.003, $0.005, and $0.00025 / $ONE (last one exclusively for $FREYA holders based on Faith Points). 3% of supply were rewarded for $DRAGON holders to claim by connecting their BSC wallet with a Solana wallet. Seeing some people frame the presale / claim tokens as their favorite “team wallets” story is absurd when all this information is public and takes just seconds to verify. 2) The top thing that could be done better is that there shouldn’t be a specific date announced beforehand for a launch this anticipated especially among high level snipers / botters who try to find a way to extract from real buyers. We found out about it late and I take the blame for this. It was impossible for us to TGE at $0.005 / ONE via bonding curve under all the snipers’ watch the whole day and we had to go with the Plan B which is the method Migratefun uses for tokens migrating to BONKfun and how Freya migrated to BONKfun in August, which is adding liquidity on Raydium directly with a token ending with bonk and split the LP fees with BONKfun by transferring the LP token. The launch was still heavily sniped, pushing the price to 10x the TGE level, to protect real buyers from being dumped by snipers we posted the TGE announcement after snipers fully exited and the price stabilized closer to TGE level. But people who didn’t wait for official announcement and bought in after snipers still lost money, and the chart went up to 0.055 in the first minute. We can’t change what has already happened, but it won’t stop us from pushing forward. This will only make our team more hungry and driven to push $ONE to its rightful height with every part of the ONE PIECE UNIVERSE to be released and ample funding. Regarding the new mode, there were communications in our group chat from Jan 5th about the timeline for the new launch mechanics. Would be happy to go on screen share too. We understand BONKfun team’s direction shifted later in late January and no longer putting the new launch mechanics on top priority, but our launch was heavily relying on the new launch mechanics which would make BONKfun “ahead of the game with what we can offer teams" as Tom mentioned in his tweet on Jan 22nd. There were room of improvement for both sides on this matter, but we cannot wait forever for the new launch mechanics as $ONE has its own timeline and alot of parts of the ONE PIECE Universe were already in motion. With the amount of snipers waiting for the launch it was impossible for us to launch with the bonding curve on BONKfun. The safest option to ensure a 5M TGE with proper tokenomics is the “migrate to BonkFun” method we were instructed by BONKfun team when $FREYA was migrating to BONKfun — adding the liquidity on Raydium and split the fees with bonkfun team. We have split the liquidity fees 0.3%/0.7% as the structure discussed in our group chat and waiting for BONKfun team confirming the receiving address of the fees.
