@USAndIndia Continuing: After waiting for hours on the phone numbers provided, the response from customer care was "it will be solved when its solved". They don't know when and how as its with backend. This type of service is not expected from @VFSGlobal #usvisascheduling

Now without resolving the issue, they are closing the case. It's an utter waste of time sending emails. It's a clear failure of the new CGI portal. Request from @CGI_Global to resolve the issue soon. @USAndIndia @USAndMumbai @checkvisaslots #usvisascheduling #usvisa
