On chat support with Spectrum. I asked them can you just check my cable modem. If it is fine, then I can troubleshoot my own equipment. They still want to walk me through rebooting my equipment by unplugging it from the wall. "well being in IT you can appreciate we have a proper way of doing things" BITCH just look at the damn logs in my cable modem!
