@Ask_Spectrum Why am I paying $180 a month and my TV constantly pauses. It’s the worst service and I don’t do anything about it because I don’t wanna sit on the phone with spectrum every single night. I always choose a different app because I just don’t wanna deal with it.

Today is the last straw! I've had a loyal relationship with @Spectrum for internet for over a decade, but lately, the internet drops on a daily basis. It went out around 4:30 pm. It's now 9:35pm. Spectrum internet is no longer reliable, and I can't get my work done! I'm out!!!

Never recommending @Ask_Spectrum for any service. Had to listen to some retention rep for 20 minutes bully and annoy me with his lame sales pitch, when I already transferred my internet to another provider. I’m glad to be done with them.

@Ask_Spectrum is the worst fkin company ever. Said I could port a number away cause of court paper work and being a victim of domestic violence, fucktrum later said that was an error and I owed full on the phone in ~30 days, lost a number I've had ~16 years, Fuck You Spectrum.

On chat support with Spectrum. I asked them can you just check my cable modem. If it is fine, then I can troubleshoot my own equipment. They still want to walk me through rebooting my equipment by unplugging it from the wall. "well being in IT you can appreciate we have a proper way of doing things" BITCH just look at the damn logs in my cable modem!

We're very sorry for the longer than expected wait times at the retail store. But we'd be more than happy to send out a prepaid return shipping label to return the equipment to us at no charge. Also, we have an exclusive deal with UPS so our customers can return any Spectrum equipment to a UPS drop off location, also at no charge. @Ask_Spectrum Drove to the nearest Spectrum store to return a modem since we had poor service. Was told I needed to sign in, there are about ten other angry people ahead of me. The only thing slower than your internet is your customer service. Disgraceful.

@Ask_Spectrum Who do I have to talk to to have someone actually try to resolve my internet problem? Multiple outages daily. Every time they investigate the issue they start from scratch, then leave going "well i dunno" and then no follow up. 3 months of this. They wont escalate
