You start “maintenance” at 11 pm, when many people are still up working, watching tv etc. You are clearly up right now. How are YOU accessing the internet? We live in a dead zone for cell service, and already switched to the only carrier with limited access. Why on earth would you schedule maintenance 2 nights in 4 days? Why don’t you notify customers? Our service was supposed to improve but it’s still slow and outdated. While I get many people may not be up now, I am, and I’m not getting the service I paid for 2x in a week. Refusing to give a measly $1-2 credit is just one reason why so many customers are leaving. Giving me $1 credit per outage would go a long way to retaining me and others as customers. But you’re too focused on your bottom line and terribly poor customer service. One day you too will be like Blockbuster, and it will be 100% deserved. But unlike Blockbuster, no one will miss you 😉

Second outage in 4 days with @Ask_Spectrum. Both times NO warning. Just “wearing sound maintenance.” Did said maintenance improve our internet in San Diego? Nope. So we get a credit for this 2nd outage? Also nope. Does customer service help? Absolutely nope. They’re like, see ya later and enjoy your new provider SMH
