@GetSpectrum is such a joke. Brand new modem works worse than the old one, they didn’t send a new router. Nothing but issues in the last 5 years. Bill goes up, but can’t watch TV as it bufffers over and over. Of course no other provider on our area

@GetSpectrum if anyone is thinking about getting spectrum Internet DON'T. They constantly raise their prices while using trash equipment. I am cancelling my spectrum and finding another Internet provider.

I've been without Internet service from @Ask_Spectrum since July 1st. Was told that I'd have a technician arrive by 1pm. Called back and was told that there's a new outage and they can't send a technician now. WTF 🤬🤬🤬 This is a major inconvenience and no one wants to fix it

@GetSpectrum We would love to acquire Spectrum as you just ran fiber down our road. However, even though our house number has been in existence for or 20 years Spectrum says it doesn't exist and we need a survey. However, spectrum seems to not be able to 'get it done'.
