@komikkitty I grew up learning English and a lot of people think I was born abroad because of it. I can speak and understand the language and always try to speak it when buying things and stuff. My accent might be a bit weird, but I at least know my country's own language and am happy for it

As a Filipino 🇵🇭 , I really want to talk about this. BTW born, raised, live in the the Philippines and Filipino still isn't my comfortable speaking language (because of something private). Most Filipinos do speak it, we just suck at it academically. It can't be understated how much connection you lose with other people when you can't speak it right of the bat or don't have an obvious accent in English. Even more so if you don't understand the colloquial or slang. It has been so hard for me irl and online. OUR NATIONAL LANGUAGE IS SUPER IMPORTANT GUYYS 〒▽〒 I have traveled the world and I am so happy and proud to be Filipino. But, I've always been scared to be called a PHVtuber because I'm scared that I don't pass as one. Or that it'd be false advertising because I'm not Filipino enough. I have only recently decided to put it out there because FUCK IT, I'm Filipino and I love being Filipino.

This was my first time ever completing an animation, but, I'm happy with how it turned out. Maybe adding color and music and sound effects was a bit ambitious, but, I think it made it more complete, even if I wasn't able to add everything I wanted in the end
