@UAudio @UAudio I love the subscription system and the new native versions .. and I’m fine to be spending more money on UA products, cause I love your plugins. But, you’d like to think a more robust customer support system would be a fair expectation…

@attack__matt Support aims for 48-72 hr response times (industry standard), and they do not work weekends (that’s family time) so look for a reply within that time frame.

@UAudio the credit card associated with my spark account expired and when my renewal came up, my plugins just all went “demo expired.” I updated the card, and followed all of the steps suggested online and they still don’t work.. in the middle of a mix. Need help!

@UAudio @UAudio yeah, obvi don’t expect customer support to work weekends…but cutting your telephone support completely is a very questionable move, especially after switching to a subscription model (which inherently requires more support assistance). 1/2
