Idk if it counts bc im all mental but like I do genuinely want to work out, finish college, and generally be successful and more independent but my mind just wont let me. I would kill to have a normal person's mental health so I could just do stuff lol

I don’t think people talk enough about the grief that comes with living in a body that you can’t control. Being disabled is such a huge toll mentally where you want to do something so badly but your body just literally won’t let you. The grief with that is absolutely unreal.

and this is why I realize it’s so hard for a lot of women to “wake up” to our reality in this world because with that realization comes a shit ton of grief once your eyes are open it’s clear to see everywhere in every man even the ones that seem to love you
