@az_daniel_ @stats_feed Duh, I know that technically they're separate "cities." They're a part of the same metro area. I was just saying that metropolitan statistical areas are a more meaningful thing to look at.

Arizona only has two large metropolitan areas: Phoenix and Tucson. This list shows 6 cities over 250,000 bc it's also counting Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Glendale as separate cities. But those four are all a part of the Phoenix metro area.
This list is basically pretty useless.

The Rockets suffered all the worst-case fallout of going all-in for Durant. Injuries. Awkward offensive meshing with established teammates. The weird soul-sucking effect on good vibes, especially with younger players. The net result: they got as far as Phoenix in the playoffs.

As far as aggression this summer in upgrading the roster, Mat Ishbia said the Suns will still take calls but his "massive lean" is in favor of continuity and player development. He likes this team and is "not going to do anything silly to mess that up."
