Christmas opening hours ☃️
A couple of big events bookend our Christmas break. On Saturday we have a Christmas edition of our regular vinyl night. Then we open for a special Block Party on NYE. We're having a little break from 22nd until we open for NYE. 🥳

On Saturday 7th December we are throwing another massive Block Party. As usual, ourselves, @trackbrewco, @cloudwaterbrew and @sureshotbrew are bringing the best breweries, street food and music to Manchester. At @balancetap we have invited the legendary @3Fonteinen!

The beers are here and it's hard to resist not opening them now! On draught we've got Oude Lambik 2020 and Kriekenlambik 🍒 In bottle: Gueuze Oloroso, Gueuze Cuvee Armand and Gaston, Belgische Perzik and Druif Pinot Noir. Roll on Saturday!

Trade Customers Assemble!!!
This week we’re releasing our second keg only beer, Long Shadows, a dry hopped saison. We've used a combination of Bramling Cross, Goldings and Admiral for the dry hop which bring peach and blackcurrant notes to the tart fruity funk of the base beer.

They're all out now and will all be available on draught at the tap from tonight- that includes both ciders. 🍏
Thanks to everyone that has bought a bottle of Balance this year. It really makes a world of difference to our tiny brewery and blendery. Cheers! ❤️

A frankly ridiculous lineup of releases today. Saison de Maison blend 8, our blackberry wild ale, Bramble, and our first two cider releases: both Islay BA. We're really happy with all of these bottles and think they make the perfect Christmas day treats!
