people pointing out that all slurs are degrading are completely missing the point. the r slur is not reclaimable because there is no way to use it that is not going to be punching down at other disabled people. this is not true for other slurs.

Maybe it’s because it is a slur that’s not reclaimable bc it’s a word that’s always used to degrade someone especially disabled people. It’s never used in any other context. I mean ur proving the point by looking down at ppl who won’t say it lmao
