The boys had a great day in the shot with both Lance and Carson throwing PRs. Lance- 44'2 1/2 Carson- 42'6 1/2

Another solid day for the BC throws, we fought through the weather conditions early. Lance Abel had himself another PR in Discus with a throw of 129-1.5!

First outdoor track meet of the season Shotput: 41’6” 2nd place overall 🥈 Discus: 110’10” 3rd place overall 🥉 With this Shotput mark, I have qualified for the 2024 New Balance Outdoor T&F Freshman Nationals!! Thanks to all my coaches for helping me get to where I am! @bc_throws
