Everything is so much worse than we already knew. Ciaramella claimed he had firsthand information, and IG Atkinson went along with it. When it later became clear that he could not, by definition, have had firsthand knowledge because he never even heard the call, Atkinson should have immediately dismissed the complaint. Instead, he secretly changed the form that required firsthand knowledge and backdated the change. Unbelievable levels of corruption here, all leading to the third impeachment in American history.
