You’ve seen the show before so i can say this. You’re right. It doesn’t make sense the gaang & the white lotus would be keeping the avatar isolated. B2 legit explains that it was all tenzin & tonraqs idea 😭😭

I really don't like how The White Lotus is the public organization that has say over the Avatar there is no way the original White Lotus or the Gaang would allow this despite what this show tries to tell you
