Most recently she won the Rising Star of the Year award at the Global OTT Awards 2026, held in Busan, South Korea. The role that earned her this prestigious recognition was Nanno in Girl From Nowhere: The Reset. Taking on the character of Nanno marked a new and more challenging chapter in her acting career. The series explores important social issues within Thai schools through its compelling storytelling. After receiving the award Becky said she felt truly honored and grateful to everyone who believed in her performance. She also thanked the entire production team behind the series as well as her fans for their unwavering support. The Global OTT Awards is an international awards ceremony that recognizes outstanding achievements in streaming project from around the world. 🧑🏻: Congratulations to Becky Armstrong 👧🏻: These days Thai artists are quite global 👩🏻: I have to say I really see Becky as an all-rounder. I wasn't expecting anything at all. Just being there already felt like such an honor and I felt like it was a huge step forward. When I was invited I was so excited and really wanted to go no matter what the outcome would be. I was just happy to be there that was enough for me. B: When I heard my name being announced i was like "huh? Did I hear that wrong?" took me about 10 seconds to process like "wait... is that my name?" Then when I walked up onto the stage I was like "oh.. what am I going to say?" I was honestly so nervous because there were so many people. But everyone was incredibly supportive. I looked at the screen I could see signs with "Becky" written on them, lightsticks, banners, posters it was all so sweet. Hearing everyone cheering for me made me feel better, give me some comfort. But I was still like "Oh so nervous" B: I remember practicing a little bit of Korean in the room before the event because I really wanted to say something to the fans. I wanted to say "annyeonghaseyo becky imnida." I actually wanted to say even more than that but I was afraid I'd make mistakes. I was also planning to introduce myself in Thai but I completely forgot. still it was such an amazing moment one that I'll remember forever. I'm just so grateful.
