@sweetcarmiee This is what I meant. I’ve been to adult stores + felt the eyes of guys on me until I left. I’m saying having more of that experience in an adult space might shape and inform your opinion more. this is why I called your replies in bad faith, bc you assumed I meant sexual assault

@sweetcarmiee In my early 20s when I started shopping more at VS I started noticing men staring at me more while I shopped there to the point where I would be chased out of the mall and followed home for simply shopping. It kept getting worst until I no longer looked like a teenager.

Kinda hate how when women talk about their actual experiences some of you act willfully obtuse. Men can obviously enter the store but it’s not a stretch to consider the idea that they might be a creep in a lingerie store when they’re a creep everywhere else too

@sweetcarmiee Perhaps 1. Don’t assume gender based on pronouns and 2. Understand the nuance of the trans masc experience. Just because I use he/him doesn’t mean I haven’t lived my life as a woman and continue to do so. I have also experienced awful things at the hands of men
