@choconoru cloudflare warp is an easy method to bypass internet provider restrictions and sometimes government so i'd start with that before going into other methods like zapret since you are risking security with zapret.

The Philippines has given Roblox 15 days to respond to "child safety" concerns, otherwise, the platform may be restricted or banned. Filipino internet providers are "ready" to ban Roblox upon government orders.

@choconoru Haven't tried, but people in Russia use this DPI called Zapret to bypass their ban
Since it's a dpi and not a VPN, you won't get IP banned from what I understand
