All 50 participants have secured placements in reputed companies. The training equipped youth with technical expertise in tool and die making, machine operation, safety standards, and practical industry applications, promoting self-reliance (Atmanirbhar Bharat). 🔹Dr. Shishir Dutta, General Manager (HR), CMPDI, awarded the certificates. The visit focused on monitoring the implementation of closure measures and facilitating the preparation of the audit report in accordance with the Mine Closure Guideline 2025, under the guidance of the Coal Controller’s Organisation (CCO).
