Unreal has such a tendency to have multiple things trying to do very similar things but in a disjoint way. Many times they feel like they were developed in a vacuum by two different teams which is almost certainly the reality.

Literally nothing prepares you for life with children. Nothing.

Well it was a great trip to Seattle. Got to see many friends. Pax was fun but still small compared to what it used to be. Was great seeing the indie and smaller titles getting a lot more love and tabletop is certainly back for Pax West. Until next trip my friends…

@codeLogik @paizo I had only been running 5e for 6 years, but have had a very similar experience! And as a GM, boy is it nice to have the encounter budgets be so tightly balanced as opposed to CR in 5e. Makes my job SO much easier.

I have been running D&D 5E for my weekly game group for about 8 years now. We know the system well and have found what we like and what we don’t. Now we are giving Pathfinder 2E a try and I have to say, I love the skill and action mechanics. Customization is 🔥. Nice work @paizo!

@aprilmillerlite My philosophy classes from college were some of my most enjoyable classes back in college.

Alright so I swapped out Intro to Software Engineering for Philosophy (GE requirement) because I have two other bulky programming classes and it would be really tough to manage. I’m SUPER excited, I’ve always loved philosophy.
