Chase travel customer service was the most useless, along with their app/tools! British Airways were the most competent but still messed somethings up and now is ignoring my delayed trip reimbursements. American airlines did not care about the traveler's experience at all.

Bought a flight from Europe to US through Chase travel a month ago. From 1 layover it become 4 layovers over 2 days. Operated by British Airways, but the troubled flight was American Airlines. Spent 8h+ on phone calls with the 3 entities. Still trying to get hotel reimbursement.

@DrEliDavid Looked into that too for curiosity, and got that in 2019 entire commercial flight industry generated 900 million metric tons of CO2, whereas the private flights generate 5.3 millions in last 3 years, or 1.8 millions per year. That’s 0.2% of commercial flights

@DrEliDavid That would be relevant thought if noone else would ever fly with commercial planes. Seems that one commercial flight generates 14x less carbon per person than private. But when you put into perspective how many private flights vs commercial are there..
