GPA is recruiting leverage: 3.5+ = options. 3.0 = some doors open. 2.0 = praying somebody takes a chance. Same talent, different transcripts = completely different recruitments. Books matter. #recruiting101

🗣️ Question: Why do some d1 coaches follow recruits and like their posts but not respond to DMs? Should I still keep messaging with updated film and stats? 🗣️ Answer: Coaches follow or like posts to track recruits — it means you’re on their radar, not necessarily that they’re ready to talk. They get flooded with DMs and sometimes can’t respond due to NCAA rules or timing. I say yes, keep sending short updates with new film, stats, and GPA every few weeks. Be politely aggressive — consistency gets noticed. I get 500+ a day!
