@creampufkitty Whatever cals of this are, the baking powder/yeast really went a long way, there's def a lot of air in it. And hey, I think you deserve to have a sweet treat without messing w your electrolytes and damaging your body in long run 🫶

I have no idea how to estimate cals for this I had half of the coffee tiramisu flavor one and it had mascarpone on top. It’s SUPER HUGE though..

@creampufkitty i’ve made soufflé pancakes before and they are made with whipped egg whites that add a lot of air. all things considered they are not as calorie dense as one would assume. but regardless i hope they were yummy <3
