A day to be remembered: Vance in Pakistan and Trump at the UFC
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Forget the nukes, the missiles, and the proxies. The Islamabad talks are about one thing: cash. Sources inside the negotiations reportedly say Iran's demands are almost entirely financial. Release $7 billion in frozen funds held in Qatar and elsewhere. Lift oil sanctions. Pay economic compensation. Get money flowing immediately. The Strait of Hormuz is leverage for that objective. Iran wants control and revenue from transit because it needs the income, not because of ideology. Tehran's Central Bank governor is in the room. You don't bring your top financial official to a military negotiation. You bring them to a money negotiation. Iran is in economic survival mode. Decades of sanctions followed by six weeks of bombing have pushed the regime to a point where getting paid matters more than getting even. Lebanon, the issue that nearly killed the talks before they started, is "barely being discussed." Tehran pivoted from demanding a regional ceasefire to demanding a bank transfer. Gulf states are pushing hard against any concessions on Hormuz and sanctions relief. They absorbed six weeks of Iranian missiles and don't want Tehran rewarded for it. The U.S. is holding a tough line but the final call is Trump's alone. The irony is striking. A war that started over nuclear weapons is ending over frozen bank accounts. Source: @ImtiazMadmood / NYT

🚨BREAKING: 🚨 OBAMA SECRETLY FINALIZING UK ASYLUM CLAIM - DISGRACED former President Barack Obama is reportedly "in the final stages" of working out an asylum agreement with fellow leftist and globalist Prime Minister of The UK, Keir Starmer, that would allow Obama to permanently relocate to the country and live under the protection of the British government to avoid "political persecution in The United States". This comes just months after Obama has purchased a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR MANSION in The UK and moved a large chunk of his assets there and is rather interesting timing considering an indictment of Obama in the MASSIVE FEDERAL RUSSIAGATE INVESTIGATION of him and his cronies is rumored to be coming "as early as next month" in the southern district of Florida. With Barack Hussein Obama appearing to be preparing to make a run for it, should The State Department IMMEDIATELY REVOKE THE PASSPORTS of he and his husband Michelle and put them under 24-hour surveillance? What do YOU think, patriots? 📢🔥🇺🇸

Dr. Jack Kruse just revealed how blue light causes skin cancer. He says the proof is in how we treat people with severe burns. Kruse is a neurosurgeon who says when burn surgeons or doctors treat burn victims, they use blue light directly on the wound. "You put blue light on a burn victim, you know what it does? It stimulates the skin to grow faster." That same mechanism is exactly what makes blue light dangerous under normal conditions. Cancer is uncontrolled cell growth. Blue light triggers rapid cell division. On a burn wound that's helpful. On healthy skin every day for years, it's a problem. • Your laptop emits blue light • Your phone screen emits blue light • The LED bulbs in your ceiling emit blue light Kruse says incandescent bulbs naturally offset this because they contain UV and red light alongside the blue. Those bulbs are being banned completely by 2028. The frequency that causes cancer is in every room you enter. The frequency that counteracted it is being legislated out of existence. — Dr. Jack Kruse (@DrJackKruse) on the Danny Jones (@JonesDanny) podcast PS: If interested in content like this, follow me as I continue sharing unconventional health insights you won't find anywhere else on X.

Dr. Jack Kruse just revealed how blue light hijacks the dopamine reward pathways in your brain. Your phone, laptop, and TV are all running on a light that keeps your dopamine low by design. He says this was engineered on purpose. Kruse is a neurosurgeon who traced where this blue light display technology came from: 1) In the 1950s, DARPA funded IBM to develop liquid crystal displays using blue light. Side note: DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. They build military technology. The internet started there. 2) In 1995, DARPA gave the search algorithm to two Stanford students who founded Google along with this technology 3) Today, Meta and Google own the patents on how this light is delivered through every screen you use. Kruse asked one question no one in tech has answered. Why does every screen on Earth default to blue light? You need third-party software just to get red light on your own device. Kruse says the reason is simple. Blue light at specific frequencies makes screens addictive. It lowers dopamine over time. It makes users more compliant and easier to influence. DARPA wants it sticky so people can be programmed through the content they consume. He says 55% of the American population has already been affected by screen technology in exactly this way. The blue glow on your face right now isn't accidental. According to Kruse, it never was. — Jack Kruse (@drplebjack) on the Danny Jones (@JonesDanny) Podcast

Elon Musk on why the smartest people drop out of college: "You don't need college to learn. Learn stuff. Everything is available basically for free. You can learn anything you want for free. It is not a question of learning." Musk explains what college actually provides: "There is a value that colleges have, which is seeing whether somebody can work hard at something, including a bunch of annoying homework assignments, and still do their homework, and kind of soldier through and get it done. That's the main value of college. And also, you probably want to hang around with a bunch of people your own age for a while instead of going right into the workforce. So I think colleges are basically for fun and to prove you can do your chores. But they're not for learning." On hiring at his companies: "There is a requirement of evidence of exceptional ability. I don't consider going to college evidence of exceptional ability. In fact, ideally you dropped out and did something. Obviously, Gates is a pretty smart guy, he dropped out. Jobs was pretty smart, he dropped out. Larry Ellison, smart guy, he dropped out. Obviously not needed." Musk shares how education should work: "Generally, you want education to be as close to a video game as possible. Like a good video game. You do not need to tell your kid to play video games; they will play video games on autopilot all day. If you can make it interactive and engaging, you can make education far more compelling and far easier to do." He challenges the current system: "You really want to disconnect the whole 'grade level' thing from the subjects. Allow people to progress at the fastest pace that they can, or are interested in, in each subject. It seems like a really obvious thing." Musk criticizes traditional teaching: "Most teaching today is a lot like vaudeville. Somebody's standing up there lecturing to you. They've done the same lecture several years in a row. They're not necessarily all that engaged. That lack of enthusiasm is conveyed to the students; they're not very excited about it. They don't know why they're there. 'Why are we learning this stuff?' We don't even know why. A lot of things people learn, probably there's no point in learning them, because they never use them in the future." On whether university is necessary: "A university education is often unnecessary. That's not to say it's unnecessary for all people. But I think you learn about as much, the vast majority of what you're going to learn there, in the first two years. And most of it is from your classmates. If the goal is to start a company, I would say no point in finishing college." Musk started his own school for his kids: "I created a little school. It's small, only 14 kids now, and it'll have 20 in September. It's called Ad Astra, which means 'to the stars.'" He explains what makes it different: "There aren't any grades. There's no grade one, grade two, grade three. Not making all the children go in the same grade at the same time, like an assembly line. People are not objects on an assembly line. That's a ridiculous notion. Some people love English or languages. Some people love math. Some people love music. Different abilities at different times. It makes more sense to cater the education to match their aptitudes and abilities." Musk shares a key principle: "It's important to teach problem-solving, or teach to the problem, not to the tools. Let's say you're trying to teach people about how engines work. A more traditional approach would be: 'We're going to teach you all about screwdrivers and wrenches. You're going to have a course on screwdrivers, a course on wrenches.' This is a very difficult way to do it." He offers a better approach: "A much better way would be: 'Here's the engine. Now let's take it apart. How are we going to take it apart? Oh, you need a screwdriver, that's what the screwdriver is for. You need a wrench, that's what the wrench is for.' And then a very important thing happens: the relevance of the tools becomes clear." The result: "It seems to be going pretty well. The kids really love going to school. I think that's a good sign. I hated going to school when I was a kid; it was torture. The fact that they actually think vacations are too long, they want to go back to school. Weird, I know." Musk reframes what education really is: "If you think about it, what is education? You're basically downloading data and algorithms into your brain. And it's actually amazingly bad in conventional education. It shouldn't be this huge chore. The more you can gamify the process of learning, the better."

You floss. You bleed. That bacterium doesn’t stay in your mouth. It crosses into your bloodstream. Then it crosses into your brain. It was found in 96% of Alzheimer’s tissue. P. gingivalis. You’ve watched someone lose their memory. Slowly. Everyone said it was age. You told yourself it wouldn’t be you. It lives in your gum pockets. Feeds on blood. Produces enzymes called gingipains that destroy tissue. Not just in your mouth. When your gums bleed, that’s a broken barrier. P. gingivalis is in your blood. I spent six months reading gut research before I found this study. Higher gingipain load correlated with worse Alzheimer’s pathology. Post-mortem. Published in Science Advances. PMID: 30675515. Human brains. Now you know something your dentist doesn’t. If someone you love is losing their memory — screenshot this and send it to them. Your dentist has seen your bleeding gums hundreds of times. Never once mentioned your brain. P. gingivalis lives BELOW the gumline. In pockets standard brushing doesn’t reach. Bleeding when you floss isn’t normal. The barrier is already broken. One organism. Two barriers. Both broken. P. gingivalis can’t survive without iron from blood. Stop the bleeding and you STARVE it. Bleeding gums aren’t a cosmetic problem. They’re a supply line. Keep flossing and ignoring the blood. Every time, P. gingivalis enters your bloodstream. That’s been happening for years.

Hi @RepSwalwell, I know you have me blocked after my video of you dropped, but you’ll see this anyway. I wonder what will happen if I soon publish a recording of you admitting to ILLEGALLY pushing to subpoena Ivanka Trump because she’s “hot as f*ck,” letting lobbyists get you drunk off your ass at a DC restaurant, and then you asking them to help you find a woman to cheat on your wife with because you “only f*ck tens” Will it help or hurt your numbers in California? Are the voters as deviant like you are? We may find out in a few days if you are still in the race and haven’t dropped out. Thanks! Sincerely, The guy whose table you drunkenly invaded while I was trying to have a peaceful dinner with my girlfriend in DC. PS: Fang Fang says hi! 👋🏻
