When you’re struggling, even answering “What do you need?” can feel like another task. Trying to think of the 'right' way for someone to support you can add pressure you don’t have capacity for. Specific suggestions take the mental load off the person who’s already carrying enough. Support becomes easier to accept when it doesn’t require extra energy. #ruokanyday
