As a Trump supporter: 1) There’s bigger problems in that situation. 2) They have digital bodies, and their real ones are likely gone/dead. Kinda renders the whole thing moot. 3) They’re a small mostly-static band where everyone knows each other by “name”, not a large civilization that needs to maintain itself across multiple generations. It’s much easier to have a high-trust society where you know everyone. When you don’t know everyone, you need common values/rules/concepts/institutions/tribal identity to appeal to, before you can have a high-trust society. 4) The core rules of that digital world are different than the ones in our meat-and-blood world, and thus the unintended downstream consequences (which are what us conservatives are ultimately concerned about, philosophically) are different. Facts don’t care about your feelings, which is why you must pay attention to facts first, but in this situation the facts are LITERALLY different. 5) She’s not being pushy or creepy about it. Just introspective. That’s a LOT easier to respect, especially since she can actually take some criticism and mockery on the chin and not absolutely shatter over it. That shows psychological resiliency, in addition. I expect the replies to my reply will become an absolute cesspit, but I hope this one perspective helped. Frankly I’d much rather be stuck in a digital world with Zooble than Jax.

Zooble is so lucky that everyone in the circus is woketron 3000. Imagine if they got stuck with five middle aged trump supporters.

@ewenglass to each their own, but I don't much care for their jib, either. Several staff resigned, and one was fired, in late 2023/2024 after the editor refused to publish a poem because of the author's pro-Palestine biographical note.

im pretty surprised i havent seen anyone talking about the fact that c&a was NOT a malicious company like we all thought. they didnt make the game in order to trapping people, they were just working on AI in the 90s. caine broke free from his programming and made the game.

@gaspastrike @ItsMegaChan Honestly, I'd say they were very present throughout Ep 1, and had lots of good lines, esp in the Gloink Lair. Ep2 is really the only episode with like,,, almost Zooble.

Flashback to the time Zooble would get so little screentime, the DC wiki would upload every single frame with them in it just to fill up more space in their image gallery.

Episode 2 is literally the next day Episode 3 seems to be 1-2 days later as well (Pomni asks if the adventure will have self aware npcs, implying the last adventure was episode 2) Episode 4’s adventure is confirmed to be right after 3’s one, once again thanks to Pomni. (1/3)

@neorouxls Idk.. this was the climax episode. I feel like there may be some conflict in dealing with the remnants and rebuilding, but i think the finale we're going to get a lot of character moments and the crew is going to try to revive the abstracted with digital conjuring before caine.

I refuse to believe that's actually the definitively last time we'll see Caine. He has to get some kind of closure at LEAST bro Goose PLEASE
