I’d like to share my thoughts on $HOT from the @hotdao_ project. I started mining HOT on March 24, 2024 — so I’ve been farming $HOT for about a year and a half now, and I’ve farmed around 1,100 tokens. I’m not waiting for a listing — I don’t care, and here’s why: 👉Before HOT Wallet, I had never used crypto. I knew nothing about it, had only vaguely heard about Bitcoin. HOT Wallet became my very first point of contact, my first introduction to the world of WEB3 — just a simple wallet. 👉Since HOT Wallet only supported NEAR at that time, @NEARProtocol became my first blockchain, and I learned how to interact with it. I discovered nearblocks, dexscreener, how swaps work, and what the NEAR ecosystem looks like. 👉Inside the ecosystem, different events started happening where you could actually earn money — from NFT mints to coin launches. Both helped me make my very first money in crypto. 👉The number of events grew, and so did the rewards. That’s when I realized I didn’t need to wait for a $HOT listing, because I could already earn money here and now. Waiting for something you can’t influence is the worst decision — but you can influence what’s happening around you right now. 👉In less than a year, I learned how to do arbitrage, I figured out how to profit from events, and that became my #1 goal. I believe HOT Wallet has done an excellent job not only as a full-fledged wallet but also as a project that onboarded people into crypto. I’m not waiting for HOT listing because it makes no sense. I know I’ve already earned far more from the activities that HOT Wallet kindly provided to its users all this time than I ever would from a listing of $HOT. Finally, I want to thank the HOT Wallet team. It’s thanks to them that I stepped onto the WEB3 path, learned how to earn in this space, and now I can share and help others on this journey.
