don’t get how ppl build without talking to users. one chat today showed me our add-accounts flow was blocking ppl from seeing peek properly. that’s the kind of blind spot you only catch in the wild.

everyone’s timeline is different, gotta remember that when i'm creating content. i want the everyday person to think about their stocks and shares ISA, their pension and their future. not just spiral about becoming a multi-millionaire lol
