We are returning to the Moon for the first time in 54 years on April 1, and no one is talking about it. NASA will provide real-time coverage throughout the mission on YouTube, along with a separate live stream from Orion whenever bandwidth allows. NASA will also hold daily mission briefings from Johnson Space Center in Houston starting Thursday, April 2, except on April 6 during lunar flyby operations.

A rabbi, a Hindu priest, and Keir Starmer went on a hike... Night fell and they were exhausted. The hotel on the map was nowhere to be seen. They knocked on the door of a farm and asked if they could spend the night. The farmer said, “Of course, but I only have a small room with two beds. One of you will have to sleep in the barn.” The Hindu priest said, “I need no material comforts. I will gladly take the barn.” The rabbi and Keir Starmer were settling in when they heard a knock on the door. They opened it to find the Hindu priest standing there. “So sorry, my friends, but there is a cow in the barn, and I cannot sleep beside such a holy animal.” The rabbi said, “No problem, my brother. I’ll take the barn. The Hindu priest and Keir Starmer were settling in when they heard a knock on the door. They opened it to find the rabbi standing there. “So sorry, my friends, but there’s a pig in the barn, and I can’t sleep beside such a filthy animal.” Keir Starmer said, “OK, let it be remembered that I sacrificed my comfort for the greater good.” The rabbi and the Hindu priest were settling in when they heard a knock on the door. They opened it to find the pig and the cow standing there.

@AjaTheEmpress @LBC Women have no idea what's coming. Some of you demonised men who are, in comparison to those arriving, saints. They've given us the best lives women anywhere in all of history have ever had, yet you kicked it in their faces. We will be the spoils of war now. And God help us then.

@MsMelChen My son went for air force selection as a pilot. SAS level fit. Already had his private pilot license. They asked him which gender he wanted to take the physical tests as. All the officers had rainbow lanyards. He's gone into commercial flying. It's not equip NZ needs, it's will.

It's fitting that 🇳🇿New Zealand's national bird is the kiwi: Because like the kiwi bird which was isolated with no predators, it lost the ability to fly and became easy prey when threats arrived. New Zealand imbibed the luxury belief that geography equals security, that "international order" is a given, and that someone else (the US or Australia) would always come to the rescue. Then when Chinese naval task forces started conducting live-fire drills near its waters and aggressively militarizing islands nearby, it finally woke up. Today New Zealand's army is small, while their navy barely has any fighting vessels left; their air force has NO fighter force whatsoever. This situation was really supercharged under the former PM Jacinda Ardern. Not only did New Zealand cuck itself by with pacifist posturing, it also indulged in her favorite ideological program, implanting DEI in every domain, and adopting the "Maori ways of knowing" in science curricula (lmao). Then Adern abandoned the country, took her family, and went to Australia (LMAO). Now, New Zealand has to build its armed forces practically from scratch. New Zealand is learning, late, that in a contested world, hard power still matters and predators don't respect flightless birds. This is the consequence of electing people drunk on idealism. Now, the NZ government is pledging billions to recruit personnel, buy helicopters, drones, anti-tank missiles, and boost spending toward 2% of GDP. It's a necessary correction, but rebuilding combat capability from near-scratch will take decades

@higgyboson Get a little camping stove and kettle, some camping chairs and a table and a nice picnic basket. The sense of nostalgia is lovely. The sound of a kettle whistle on the gas, the taste of homemade (slightly soggy) sandwiches... way better than any cafe!

Me and Mrs Higgy occasionally like to go out for a cooked breakfast (usually the local golf club or (believe it or not) bike shop), a lunchtime snack, (garden centre, cafe in a park etc) or an evening meal at various local pubs/restaurants. We like to support local businesses. But all these things have become increasingly expensive over the past couple of years. Paying £11 for a tea, coffee and single slice of cake is ridiculous. A sausage sandwich now costs £7.50. A burger from a van is £5.50. £5.50 for a 30p burger in a 20p bread roll is nuts. A very simple one course evening meal with a drink each costs at least £45.00. So we've decided to stop doing it. We live in a great part of the country so we'll still go out, but with a picnic and a flask of Earl Grey. I'm self employed and Mrs Higgy is a retired NHS Staff Nurse. We have no mortgage or rent to pay so we should be out and about frequenting these places on a regular basis but the truth is - We REALLY begrudge paying the prices. We can't be alone. I have no idea how normal families on average incomes can afford to eat out at the moment with EVERYTHING going up in price. I can see the almost total collapse of the hospitality sector in the not too distant future. I'll be as guilty as all the millions of others scaling back on their patronage of pubs and restaurants etc but I've been pushed too far and I'm not playing this game any more.

I managed 10 minutes of the new Wuthering Heights before I turned it off. It's awful. The opening scene of villagers in Yorkshire looked like an Hieronymus Bosch painting: weird, drunken demonic figures jigging and jeering. I've been to Haworth: sober, dignified, English.

What the hell is up with all of these TATTOOS everywhere? “Back in the Day” only Sailors got them when they were DRUNK in the Philippines. Then it became a “Thing” with STRIPPERS in the 90s. Now I see Dentists, Teachers, Nurses, Interns all TATTED UP. My Theory: It’s an Easy, quick way to feel Distinctive and Special, WITHOUT actually doing the WORK to be Distinctive and Special. Too much “Ink” and Selfies, Not enough GRIT. #tatsaresilly

When it comes to third world immigration, most of my views are well to the right of all political parties. I make no apology for it because to take any other position is completely insane. We have low IQ welfare dependent foreigners squatting in social housing, who bring nothing to our shores except the squalor, sectarianism and corruption of their own homelands. They're behind most organised crime, they rape on an industrial scale and they're a massive threat to national security and the proper functioning of our democracy. There is no good reason to allow them to live here. They don't want to assimilate, they're not liked or wanted, and they're certainly not needed. I simply do not understand the mental gymnastics it takes to conclude anything else. Many of our serious problems will be solved if they are simply removed, and Britain will be a better place for it. I would spend whatever it takes to reverse mass immigration. I have no desire to share my homeland or compromise anything to accommodate them or their backwards cultures. I don't even think that's an extreme position. It's only extreme to people who think it's too late to do anything about it, but I don't think it is. Moreover, when the future is a decent into sectarianism and civil war, remigration (however contentious) is vastly preferable to the alternatives. It's not extreme to want to save your country from oblivion, and I don't think anyone pretending otherwise is being honest with themselves.

@ClaireT13274488 Personally, I like having no friends in real life as I wasn't very good with people when I was working. I never seemed to get the frivolous things women were interested in. It was like trying to get kittens to stop playing with yarn and see the hyenas coming over the ridgeline.

I think it’s becoming more common now especially with all these galactic upgrades , people are falling away including families Where I live its remote ,it’s a pit village where they used to have coal mines ( cheaper housing in the North UK and we bought our home when prices was a bit more affordable ) . Iv been here several years ,and I’m hundreds of miles from where I originate from, so it’s only media that keeps the connection on old friends . Iv one brother and my daughter ( thats my only blood family ) and Iv one good friend here , we are like chalk and cheese very different ( she’s wonderful but asleep and doesn’t judge me on my beliefs ) She is local and that’s pretty much it . So since losing Gary, I admit I am lonely . Iv read that the universe wants to isolate lightworkers , not sure why 🤷‍♀️, apparently to make us stronger for what’s ahead . How can one make a collective difference if we have no one🤔 . People know of me on here but it’s not the same as real face to face contact
