Consider the following: 1. US deputy secretary of state, Christopher Landau said at @MEAIndia supported forum in Delhi that in dealing with India, it will be America First. Simplified this means that India will serve US' foreign policy (Make America Great Again) without reciprocity of the US supporting India's foreign policy. 2. US economic secretary, Scott Bessant said that US is 'allowing India' to temporarily buy Russian oil for 30 days. 3. US submarine sinks Iran's unarmed warship close to Indian waters & does not inform India which is its 'net security partner' in the region. And India pretends that it was not aware that before the WAR, warships of the Fifth fleet had been moved to the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. 4. India forgets to condole the dastardly killing of Iran's Supreme Leader by US/Israel - wakes up from slumber on sixth day, then sends a diplomat to the Iranian embassy in Delhi to do formalities. @DrSJaishankar and his boss who remain active on Twitter (X) forget to condole the death which will redraw West Asia geopolitics. Yet India insists that it has an independent foreign policy!

Important: India gets US ‘permission’ to buy Russian oil for one month!! How bizarre can it get! You claim you want to stop one war, you end up starting another and then decide who will procure oil from whom! And New Delhi has to stay silent for fear of antagonising the BIG BOSS in the White House. Welcome to Trumpian World Disorder!😡

“When the targeted killing of a foreign leader draws no clear defence of sovereignty or international law from our country, and impartiality is abandoned, it raises serious doubts about the direction and credibility of our foreign policy. Silence, in this instance, is not neutral.” Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Smt. Sonia Gandhi ji writes at this critical global juncture, emphasizing that India must stand for sovereignty and peace, and rediscover our moral strength.

#BREAKING #SupremeCourt uploads the order passed in the NCERT book case. Contempt notice issued to Ministry official and NCERT Director. Book, in all forms, BANNED. “A complete blanket ban is hereby imposed on any further publication re: printing or digital dissemination of the book titled “Exploring Society, India and Beyond”. “Any attempt to circumvent this order through electronic media or alternative titles, containing the same contents, shall be treated as a direct interference, willful breach and defiance of the directions issued herein above.”

The data is clear, blunt, and inconvenient for the outrage industry. The Lancet, a peer-reviewed medical journal, reports a 75% decline in rabies deaths in India over 20 years, alongside a two-thirds reduction in dog bite incidence. This is not anecdotal. This is rigorous epidemiological fact. This dramatic success is a testament to systemic public health interventions, not magic or luck: - Extensive anti-rabies vaccination programs for dogs across urban and rural areas. - Improved access to Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for humans, making treatment available at primary health centers. - Targeted awareness campaigns educating communities on bite prevention and first aid. - Better integration of veterinary and human public health systems. These are hard-won gains, the result of consistent, often unheralded, work by countless professionals. This is the result of selfless volunteering services of millions of dog feeders. It's a victory of science and sustained effort over disease. So, when the Supreme Court deliberates on policies concerning community animals, the foundation *must* be this scientific evidence. To base policy on amplified media narratives or emotional appeals, ignoring a proven track record of decline, is a dereliction of evidence-based governance. It undermines the very systems that achieved this success. We have a working model. The solution is to support it, not dismantle it based on manufactured fear. 🔬

In the Zero Hour today raised the issue of the Tadoba Tiger Corridor, home to 250+ tigers has by BJP government opened up for mining activity ignoring its own expert committee report to not allow mining activity in the corridor. What is at stake? 1. 18,000 trees across 35.95 hectares will be felled. 2. A critical tiger corridor connecting India's largest national park, home to 250 of our country's approximately 4,000 tigers will be endangered . 3. Over 650 villages are facing an increased threat of human-tiger conflict. 4. The habitat of 60+ tigers, along with leopards, bears, wild dogs, and countless other species will be destroyed. And what do we get in return? 120 jobs – of which only 32 are permanent. This is not development; this is devastation dressed in the language of progress.

More than 1600 dogs are dead in Telangana, poisoned, dumped & erased for political promises. Watch the complete video, hear the cries of the dog when thrown by his tail. The abusers are grinning, the kids of the village are watching. What are we teaching the next generation?
