@cassie_bluebell omg yes but also if ur iron is too low apparently u need to check ur copper as well bc i was using iron supplements too but i had so low copper as well that i was not absorbing the iron

@dramaticweasel Iron as well!! I couldn't concentrate, I was always tired and sleepy, didn't have energy, slept 8-9 hours per night and still needed to nap in the afternoon, I was stressed, I was losing hair... Turns out my ferritin was at 13 (should be at least 40)

guys check ur calcium. i was gen sleeping 16 hours a day napping after climbing 4 flights of stairs hella depressed burnt out can't concentrate can't stay awake turns out i was so calcium deficient even my heart wasn't beating correctly lmao

온갖 팝업 다니는거 좋아 하는 사람인데 내 인생 최악의 팝업이 오늘 비오레 팝업인 듯 1. 예약 오픈 시간 잘못 설정해서 예약 받아놓고 일괄 취소 시키더니 공지한 예약 오픈 시간 안지킴 2. 사전 예약이랑 워크인 줄 같이 세움 3. 이상한 미션. 애들 옷 사진 찍어서 무슨 인스타 해쉬태그 넣으면 그게 사진 뽑는 기계에 연결 되어서 사진을 뽑아야 도장 찍어줌(이거 때문에 줄 길어지니까 현재는 인스타 업로드로만 바꿈) 4. 이상한 미션 다 하고 럭키드로우 상품이 애들 "배경화면" 큐알코드 종이쪼가리 아니면 본품(희박) 샘플 하나라도 줄 주 알았아 5. 텅 빈 공간. 애들 등신대 애들 옷 말고 그냥 led 이렇게 큰 공간을 왜 대관 한거임? 프레스 따로 하고 팝업 작은데로 잡던가 일 진짜 이상하게 하네
